Application Guidelines
Important instructions before you apply.
Before You Begin
- Ensure you have a valid and accessible email address; all communication is sent by email.
- Prepare scanned copies of your documents: O-Level result(s), certificates, transcripts and a recent passport photograph.
- Supported document formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF (where applicable) and PDF. Maximum file size is 1MB for most documents and 2MB for passport photographs.
- Your passport photograph must show a clear face, neutral expression and a plain white or light background.
- Application fees are non-refundable.
Important Warnings
- Verify all personal information carefully before final submission; submitted information may become locked.
- Do not share your portal password with anyone. The institution will never ask for your password.
- Payments are only processed through the payment gateways provided on the portal. Do not pay any individual.
- Multiple active applications for the same programme and session are not permitted.
After Submission
- Your Application ID (e.g. TBS/2026/000001) is generated after successful submission.
- Download and keep your acknowledgement slip.
- Track your application status on the portal. If approved, your dashboard will show your admission details, school fees and classroom credentials.
